With nearly three decades of experience spanning IT strategy, corporate finance, and digital marketing, Meghna Deshraj has built a uniquely powerful lens for growth. As founder of the Bullzeye Group of Companies and Club Mamabee, she is now applying that lens to the businesses and women she believes in most.
You are a contributing writer for Forbes and Entrepreneur, a Six Sigma Black Belt, and a veteran of some of the world’s biggest companies. How do you bring all of that into the work you do now?
Everything I learned in those rooms, at Honeywell, at Bunge, at Unilever, gave me a perspective on business that very few independent entrepreneurs have. I understand how large-scale systems work. I understand the intersection of finance, technology, and marketing at a level that allows me to help businesses grow in a very precise, intentional way. The Bullzeye Group was built on that foundation. We don’t just help businesses market themselves. We help them grow in a way that is sustainable and strategic.
How does that strategic thinking show up in Club Mamabee?
Club Mamabee is not just a passion project. It is a carefully designed platform. Every event, every piece of content, every community touchpoint has been thought through with the same rigor I would apply to a corporate strategy. The data-driven insights we offer our members, the way we structure our programming, the intentional design of our connections and introductions. All of it is deliberate. Warmth and strategy are not opposites. The most powerful communities in the world are both deeply human and deeply well-built.
What does growth actually look like for a small business owner right now?
It looks like knowing your customer better than anyone else in your space. It looks like being genuinely useful, not just visible. Too many businesses are chasing followers and likes when they should be building trust and delivering value. Growth that lasts is always built on trust. The businesses I work with through the Bullzeye Group, and the women entrepreneurs in Club Mamabee, they grow when they stop trying to be everywhere and start being exceptional somewhere.
What do you want the Bullzeye Group to be known for?
For being the partner that actually helps businesses hit their targets. We are not a vendor. We are a growth partner, which means we are invested in the outcome, not just the deliverable. When our clients win, we celebrate. When they struggle, we problem-solve. That is the Bullzeye way.
And Club Mamabee?
For being the community that changed women’s trajectories. For being the place where a woman walked in unsure of herself and walked out knowing exactly who she was and what she was capable of. That is the legacy I am building.
